Black men provide our programs, for Black men and address the unique needs of our Scholar population. Our work has a profound impact on the lives of participants. Statistical data continues to reflect the Black male college graduation rate from 2010 to the present continues to be well under 50%. By contrast, the six-year graduation rate among Black females is in the mid 40 percentile. The same data reported the graduation rates for white and Asian American students at 64% and 74% respectively. We are proud to report that 95% of our Scholars complete our four-year program and graduate from their universities in good academic standing. The Boule Foundation’s financial and emotional support not only helps these young men transition from high school to college, but keeps them on track to earn a degree, develop professional work experience and secure a job after graduation. By earning their degrees and leveraging the social capital our program provides, our young men improve their access to opportunities for a better life for themselves and their families.

Delta Eta Boulé Foundation also provides its scholars with platforms for community engagement through service projects (Toys for Tots, Meals on Wheels, serving the homeless) and environmental stewardship through trips to the historic Lincoln Hills resort, where scholars learn wilderness skills and about the history of Black pioneers in Colorado.
