As the incoming chairman of the Delta Eta Boule Foundation, I’m excited to continue to build upon the success and contributions of all my predecessors. I cannot say enough of the work and commitment that it took to get the foundation to were it is today. The leadership of Gary Jackson, Holis Booker, Greg Moore, board members and D.E.B Archons and Archousai who all have worked to advance our foundation to the forefront of any other Boule chapter.

My primary goal for FY 2023-2024 is to continue to focus on the established fraternity programs and processes and ensure their alignment specified in the strategic plan. The goal simply stated is to develop the next generation of c-suite (senior executives) from our student scholar base. The Delta Eta Boule Foundation and members of the Delta Eta Boule Fraternity spent almost a year developing a strategic plan to achieve this significant and impactful goal. The goal is not only to develop successful professionals, but to also ensure these individuals understand the importance of family and giving back to their communities.

Our ambitious goal can only be achieved through the committed and dedicated efforts of our board, fraternity members, community partners and highly motivated scholars prepared to take the journey. Mentoring our scholars through their successful completion of college is extremely important, but to mentor and coach them during various stages of their careers is equally if not more important.

As Chairman of DEBF, I am committed to the goals outlined in our strategic plan. I will enjoy the journey I’m about to undertake. The opportunity to lead our fine board and develop the next generation of young African American Leaders is both a noble and noteworthy responsibility.
