As Chief Executive Officer of the Delta Eta Boule Foundation, I am proud to lead an organization that stands as a model of commitment, leadership, and impact.

Although our five-year strategic plan recently concluded, its mission remains deeply relevant. As we move into Fiscal Year 2025–2026, we will continue to focus on the development of the next generation of Black leaders—young men prepared to rise into C-suite roles and lead with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to community.

The Foundation’s vision goes beyond helping Scholars graduate from college. We are equally committed to mentoring them through their professional journeys—supporting their growth as well-rounded leaders who understand the value of family, service, and giving back.

This important work depends on the dedication of our board, fraternity members, and community partners. It also requires the active engagement of our Scholars—motivated young men ready to take full advantage of the opportunities before them.

I am fully committed to advancing the goals that define our Foundation and excited about the journey ahead. Together, we will continue to build a powerful legacy—one Scholar at a time.
